EWK - Responsible Distribution Process

In December 1991, the member companies of NACD undertook a most important mission, the creation of and required compliance with the Responsible Distribution Process (RDP). This initiative was developed by NACD members for NACD members.

As a condition of membership, on site verification (RDPV) is required. RDPV is conducted by an independent, third-party verifiers against a standard protocol based on the RDP Guiding Principles and a Code of Management Practice.

E.W. Kaufmann Company was part of the first RDP Graduating Class, completed in 1995.

E.W. Kaufmann has also participated in and successfully completed Site Class Verification (SCV), another NACD initiative. In 2006, SCV was merged into NACD's RDP Verification process.

In October of 2008, E.W. Kaufmann Company successfully completed our most current RDPV, demonstrating our continued commitment to the NACD and the Chemical Industry.
