Grace has had a career in Customer Service for 43 years. She joined E. W. Kaufmann in June of 1995 in Customer Service. In January of 2007 her role expanded to include Inside Sales to assist the sales force in identifying potential new customers.

Carol has been a Customer Service Representative at E.W. Kaufmann Company from 1983 until she retired in December, 2006. Carol returned as part-time employee in March of 2007. She is the contact for MSDS and Technical Data Sheets.

Judy started with E.W. Kaufmann Company in May 2006 as a customer service representative and has since assumed the role of Logistics Coordinator. She is responsible for freight negotiations, and inbound freight scheduling. She also supports purchasing and customer service through her responsibility for drop ship orders and inventory control.

Sally has had a career in Customer Service for over 30 years. She joined E.W. Kaufmann Customer Service Group in May of 2005. Sally was promoted to head of the Customer Service Department in January 2007.
